Payment & Delivery

The artist factory offers free shipping on orders over SEK 300 - this applies to all orders within Sweden.

If you order goods for less than SEK 300, the post office's shipping charges are added. Goods that are at home packed, no later than 1-2 working days after your order.

We have a wide range that has become wider and wider in the past six months thanks to our customers' wishes. Unfortunately, we find it difficult to maintain an even stock balance. You can therefore order goods that are not available at home and we do everything we can to deliver them to you as quickly as possible, but unfortunately it may take a few extra days even though our suppliers have fast delivery times. We hope for understanding and patience during this break-in period and we still gratefully accept your requests for new products.

Please ensure we have your updated contact details, including mobile number and email address, as you will be contacted about your delivery time.

All prices on The artist factory are stated in Swedish or Danish kroner. It is always clearly stated what you have to pay at checkout, before you send your order off.

Extra prices or other offers apply while stocks last.

If you place your order before 08.00, Monday - Thursday, we will aim to process and dispatch your order on the same day. It should be noted that orders placed on Fridays before 8am will not be delivered until the following Monday at the earliest. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays.

Although in most cases we expect your order to be delivered next day, this may not always be the case; delivery to some locations may take up to five working days.

Delivery is carried out by an independent delivery company and once goods have left our warehouse all such goods will be checked by that company. We can assist customers in tracking orders, but we should be advised that delays may occur due to weather and transportation issues and therefore we cannot take responsibility in these cases.
